JPMorgan Chase . Job Description The function of Global Finance & Business Management is dedicated to continually improving our business strategies, financial performance, and operational efficiency. As a Summer Analyst in the 2026 Global Finance and Business Management Analyst Program, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals to influence key decisions and initiatives across the firm. This 9-week internship allows you to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment that offers training, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and engaging projects. You will be placed in one of our finance teams within a Line of Business or Corporate group. This internship serves as a pipeline to our two-year, 12-month rotational full-time Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program, where you will experience different functional groups. Successful interns may receive an offer to join the full-time program in the same location. Job Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks, and driving initiatives to optimize performance. Ensure the integrity of financial statements and controls over transaction cycles, including legal, regulatory, and product valuation reporting. Create analysis and reports supporting business needs, including financial and strategic analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Contribute to large-scale programs involving multiple projects and work streams, especially those implementing new regulations, standards, or policies. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Interest in financial management and data analysis, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Relevant internship experience and leadership roles in academic or community organizations. Cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools, and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python). Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match).
