Overview
Accounting & Operations Associate – Boston, MA A Boston-based private credit investment firm with approximately $600M in assets under management is seeking an Accounting & Operations Associate to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a lean, collaborative environment with direct exposure to senior leadership. The Accounting & Operations Associate will support both financial accounting and operational activities across multiple entities, and report directly to the Controller. This is a full-time, on-site position offering up to $120K base plus 20% bonus! Key Responsibilities
Monitor and reconcile daily cash activity across multiple bank accounts Coordinate loan and lease funding, including wire/ACH processing and verification Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and employee expense reimbursements Support monthly close for the management company, investment vehicles, and holding entities Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages Liaise with external subservicers, banking partners, and audit teams Prepare and organize audit materials, including ASC 842 lease accounting support Maintain and enhance internal controls and process documentation Qualifications
3+ years of accounting or finance experience; investment management or private credit experience preferred Solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP fundamentals Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and spreadsheet modeling Experience with general ledger systems (e.g., Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct) Highly organized with strong attention to detail If you are interested in learning more about this position, please email your resume to Ellie at eboyd@daleyaa.com Employment details
