Evaluates Lines of Business (LOB) financial performances and assists with decision making by synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks, and preparing, analyzing, and reporting on financial results and key metrics Develops financial management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for LOBs and/or finance partners Creates forecasts and budgets by comparing current performance against plan, prior periods, prior forecasts, and budgets and evaluating current and future performance trajectory Supports reporting and analysis for key constituents and management, which may include Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and/or various regulatory agencies Collaborates with teams across the Finance division to ensure integrity of the financials, sound controls, and efficient and effective procedures Supports new and ongoing projects and strategic initiatives by creating processes to automate key reporting capabilities and delivering on process improvements and simplifications to enable increased focus on strategic priorities Supports ~50 management cost pools (like business functions) which are allocated to LOBs based on metrics/effort. Partner with Cost Pool owners to ensure pools are structured based on support provided, track expense storylines, other needed actions, and ad hoc questions. Be subject matter expert. Collaborate with Business Partners during Forecast / Plan windows to assess potential updates to pools, including hierarchy or chart maintenance and exceptions. Proactively communicates and partners with LOBs and supporting groups Develops financial management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for LOBs and/or finance partners Collaborates with teams across the Finance division to ensure integrity of the financials, sound controls, and efficient and effective procedures Skills

Minimum 3 years of finance and/ or allocations experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups, and filtering) and PowerPoint Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule Strong organization skills and ability to manage/sequence multiple deliverables Strong written and oral communications skills Flexible, organized, and capable of performing multiple tasks; comfortable working under strict deadlines; ability to be clear on priorities and to shift between tasks on short notice Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex business challenges and potential solutions SAP / eLedger / EPM Operate productively under minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment Proactive team player able to work efficiently under sometime stressful conditions Work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization Shift
