Overview
Administrative Assistant / Leasing Support role at Opti Staffing Group in Burien, WA. This position supports day-to-day office operations and leasing activities for a property serving residents aged 62 and older, with affordable housing based on income. Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service. Input and track work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with leasing functions, including scheduling tours, preparing paperwork, and supporting prospective tenants through the application process. Maintain organized records and files. Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field; familiarity with HUD programs is a strong plus. Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and organizational abilities; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
