The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Strategic Finance team, working to execute the company’s growth strategy through new partnerships, evaluating expansion opportunities, and assessing key financial drivers. The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst role requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to support decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. The ideal candidate for the Senior Strategic Financial Analyst opportunity will be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will be eager to take ownership of key financial initiatives. The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst role offers strong opportunities for career growth, with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration with teams including Financial Planning & Analysis, business development, and operations. Responsibilities: Support Mergers & Acquisitions processes and due diligence, including financial analysis, engagement with potential partners, and presentation of findings to leadership Analyze key strategic initiatives such as capital projects, practice mergers, and organic growth opportunities Work closely with business development and finance leadership to assess risk and opportunity in strategic decisions Contribute to the preparation of materials for executive leadership and investment committees Build and maintain financial models to support growth strategies and transaction analysis. Leverage data and financial benchmarks to assess performance across the organization Develop a deep understanding of operational and financial metrics to drive strategic recommendations Other duties as needed to support the company’s mission Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree 2+ years of relevant work experience in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions or Finance, or Investment Banking, strongly preferred Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Seniority level
