The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of total experience in minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare industry and be a licensed CPA. This role is mostly remote but candidates MUST Live in Dallas or Houston (NO EXCEPTIONS). You will go in office for an occasional meeting Once a quarter for a meeting. This position pays 190K-200K+20% Bonus. Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare and oversee the annual budget, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Analyze expenditures, prepare variance reports, and provide monthly forecasts for leadership. Assist in managing the annual audit, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Review and approve all grant reports and bank account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Manage cash flow forecasting, investment recommendations, and financial risk management.
