Senior Accountant
to join its growing team. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers a competitive base salary of up to

Responsibilities:
Manage full accounting cycle: GL, AP/AR, payroll, and intercompany
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Handle audits, tax filings, and cash flow management
Collaborate with leadership on strategy and financial modeling
Identify and implement process improvements and automation
Support KPI tracking and performance analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, including P&L and consolidation
Multi-entity consolidation experience is required
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, audit readiness, and internal controls
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel
Able to travel up to 10%
