Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for a brand new community in Seattle's Central District. This 532-unit mid-rise offers a permanent art collection and numerous amenities. This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction, and securing resident lease renewals. Base pay range : $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr Job Description Summary

Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes Community event planning and execution Follow up with prospects by phone and email Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units Assisting in lease renewals Respond to resident concerns What we are looking for

Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required Proficient in MS Office Suite; additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions High level of professionalism in both manner and dress What sets us apart

Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are move-in ready; address any items with the maintenance team. Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and follow policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy. Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, online marketing tools, and follow community-specific plans. Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data. Ensure show units meet company standards; communicate maintenance needs and prepare the leasing office for daily activities. Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions or renewals. Support lease renewal programs by preparing renewal documents and contacting renewing residents in advance of move-out dates. Respond quickly and courteously to resident and owner concerns and questions; take prompt action to resolve problems. Required Licenses or Certifications

Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property Physical Demands

Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Lift up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance Occasional travel may be required; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays The hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: Possible quarterly or annual bonus based on performance. Onsite Property Positions: Possible weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs. Benefits
