Titan America has an opening for a skilled and motivated
Senior Corporate Financial Accountant
to join our Financial Reporting team at our Corporate Center in Norfolk, Virginia. This role involves consolidating company-wide results and reporting and analyzing them for our Group headquarters in Athens, Greece. This salaried exempt position reports to the Director of Financial Consolidation and Reporting. This is an exciting time to join Titan America!
Following its IPO in February 2025, Titan America SA (TTAM) is expanding its accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities Include: Assist with regular reporting to the Parent’s finance function and Titan America management, including: Preparation and review of monthly management reporting packages, including consolidated financial statements and performance commentary. Quarterly financial consolidation and supplemental schedules. Participation in midyear review and year-end external audits, including technical research, footnote disclosures, and IFRS-compliant financial statement preparation. Coordinate with Business Analytics and finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting, KPIs, and performance measures, and contribute to resolving inconsistencies and best practices. Engage in monthly close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and companywide consolidation. Analyze financial results and collaborate with Business Units leadership to understand underlying reasons. Contribute to developing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist in managing financial reporting software. Work directly with executives on financial projects and analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; MBA preferred. 3-5 years of general accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge of IFRS and income tax reporting, preferred. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required), Data Analysis, SAP, Hyperion a plus. Excellent organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under time constraints with diverse internal teams. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (oral and written). Can-do attitude and experience working in teams.
