Overview
Breeze Airways is hiring the Warranty Analyst in the Technical Supply Chain organization. The role represents the company in warranty and aircraft damage claim transactions with internal and external organizations. As part of Supplier Management, this position leads quarterly business reviews to ensure suppliers are held accountable for performance, negotiates favorable warranty outcomes, identifies warranty opportunities, and manages the end-to-end claims process with suppliers to help Breeze Airways achieve low CASM. The Warranty Analyst supports cost recovery related to engineering modification projects impacting fleet and/or component reliability. Responsibilities
Warranty Claim Management with OEM and contracted vendors Manage total costs related to aircraft damage events Manage recovery of warranty for Breeze fleet Airworthiness Directive cost recovery Service Bulletin cost recovery Supplier performance claims Supplier management Act as focal point of contact between supplier and internal stakeholders such as Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Insurance teams Negotiate and obtain Free of Charge loan units and other entitlements as required to support Breeze’s operations Measure and track supplier performance, hold suppliers accountable to contractual obligations, conduct quarterly review meetings, negotiate favorable warranty outcomes, and resolve/escalate issues in a timely fashion Work with reliability engineering to identify and generate claims for key issues affecting the Breeze fleet Provide Breeze commercial administrative support by providing requested paperwork associated with component performance issues, warranty claims, and aircraft damage events Ensure cost recovery for SB/AD and other fleet improvement projects Manage warranty claim generation and approval process for heavy maintenance events Run daily/weekly/monthly calls with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes of warranty claims Work with Engineering and suppliers to develop cost savings initiatives to reduce Breeze CASM Design and implement a highly automated claim tracking system, establish and monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across warranty management processes Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field and/or equivalent experience/training 0–2 years supply chain experience in the aviation/airline sector Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Palantir Foundry Preferred Qualifications
Aircraft maintenance experience at a Part 121 airline or part 145 repair station Skills/Talents
