Prepare and review tax returns including 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, 990 & 1040. Handle Payroll Tax, Sales & Use Tax, Property Tax returns. Assist with tax planning. Reconcile depreciation and shareholder basis issues. Develop monthly & annual financial statements, including cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets. Research and interpret complex accounting and tax topics for clients. Oversee account reconciliation and journal entries. Build client relationships through engagement and consulting. Requirements
Extensive experience with UltraTax QuickBooks proficiency CPA certification preferred 2-3 years of public accounting experience Experience with multi-state individual and corporate tax prep Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Benefits
