Job Overview
Senior Financial Accountant – 33862. We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant with a foundation in public accounting to support complex corporate accounting across acquisitions, investments, and cross-sector activity. This role will partner with technical accounting, financial reporting, and sector finance teams, providing critical support for M&A activity, equity method investments, and integration efforts. The position offers exposure to automation initiatives, process improvements, and collaboration with senior leadership. Responsibilities
Lead post-acquisition accounting activities, including off-ledger reporting, integration support, and financial analysis. Partner with sector finance to review and record equity method investments. Coordinate revenue and expense eliminations across sectors. Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and artificial intelligence. Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations. Support annual audit processes by preparing required reports and schedules. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate required. 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience (public accounting and/or industry). Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Job Details
