Overview
The
Senior Financial Analyst
plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s long range planning model, bank reporting, monitoring credit agreement covenant compliance, capital structure analytics, KPI monitoring, capital expenditure tracking, competitive analysis, and other ad hoc strategic analysis as required. Key Responsibilities
Construct and maintain a 5-year three statement model (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). Update regularly with forecast changes and long range growth plan assumptions. Monitor private and publicly traded competitors to benchmark Lumexa performance. Manage bank reporting deliverables and debt covenant compliance analysis. Support Finance leadership with development of quarterly/annual lender conference call materials. Monitor capital structure including debt and equity ratios. Monitor monthly capital expenditures, support the organization with annual budget and regular forecasting. Support monthly reporting processes to senior leadership and board where needed. Support ad hoc analytical projects at the director of department leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with three-statement financial models is required. Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and public company reporting requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Strong change management skills; acceptable in a company going through significant transformation in financial processes and rigor.
