We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance leader to join our team as the

Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance . This role will be instrumental in advancing Oxford’s financial planning and analysis capabilities, driving strategic decision-making, and providing leadership across investor relations, capital planning, and equity tracking. The Director will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and Oxford Partners, delivering data-driven insights that improve financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance management. This individual will lead internal investor relations reporting, support long-term capital structure planning, and oversee the tools and processes used to manage internal equity and ownership programs . The Director will lead a small but high-performing team and collaborate extensively with the CFO and other senior leaders. This role will not only strengthen Oxford’s core FP&A capabilities but also help architect the next generation of strategic finance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end FP&A function, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, monthly forecasting, cash/debt reporting and performance reporting Build and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis. Develop KPIs and dashboards that enhance visibility into the company’s financial and operational performance. Own the financial planning calendar and reporting cadence, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and the Board. Partner cross-functionally with departments to evaluate new initiatives, cost structures, and ROI analyses. Strategic Finance & Growth Support Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team on financial and business performance matters. Drive capital allocation decisions and support business cases for growth investments in headcount, technology, and new initiatives. Lead financial modeling to evaluate new opportunities. Investor Relations & Equity Tracking Manage internal investor relations and communications, including partner group updates, financial performance summaries, and ownership reporting. Oversee and refine the firm’s equity tracking and cap table management processes. Support design, modeling, and execution of equity-based incentive programs and long-term ownership structures. Data and Tools Modernization Champion automation and improved tooling. Drive process improvement and financial system enhancements. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity. Proven leadership capabilities, with experience building or leading high-impact finance teams. Exceptional modeling, analytical, and financial storytelling skills—able to synthesize complexity into clear narratives. Strong grasp of financial statements, capital markets, and equity structures, with bonus points for experience in partner-owned or closely held firms. High degree of business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stake holders. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred. Seniority level
