Set-up real estate tax details in the servicing module based on information from Master or Sub-servicer. Populate real estate tax payments as reported by Master or Sub-Servicers in servicing module for approval process. For non-escrowed loans, monitor real estate tax payments and notify Asset Manager of any delinquencies. Ensure adequate insurance coverage for all assigned loans is in place. Communicate insurance deficiencies and recommendations to Asset Managers. Post annual and monthly insurance premiums for escrowed loans and process with Master Servicers for payment. Order flood determinations and save in LPAMS. Manage and administer assigned cash managed loans. Process monthly waterfalls with Asset Managers and Master Servicers and/or individual funding requests to Borrowers or Receivers. Coordinate with Master Servicers, Borrowers and Asset Manager to implement cash management by opening DACA and CMA accounts. Knowledge And Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain attention to detail. Familiarity with commercial loans and ability to interpret related legal documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Education And Experience
College degree preferred but not required. One year of related work experience in a loan servicing or commercial real estate, or financial services. Work experience preferred, but not required Seniority level
