Systems Engineer (Engineer Systems 3) – 25138 – JLVC Mod-Improved White Cell Effects. Employment type: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt. Security Clearance: Secret. Location: Suffolk, VA. Base pay range is $81,973.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr. Anticipated Salary Range: $81,973.00 – $115,000.00. Required travel: 11–25%. What You Will Do

Enhance JTT white cell control capabilities. Develop and manage tools for control, monitoring, display, and planning of Non-Kinetic Effects (NKEs). Implement advanced visualization tools such as Cesium-based execution maps. Ensure system alignment with evolving JLVC standards (draft and final). Conduct regular assessments of JTT system performance and develop improvements as required. Integrate JTT systems with existing or future data dashboards to ensure real-time visibility and control. Provide technical leadership for architecture design, interface control, and software/hardware integration. Develop and maintain system documentation, specifications, and interface control documents. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including software developers, systems architects, testers, and operational users. What You Must Have

5 years experience with a Bachelors in related field; 3 years experience with a Masters in related field; 0 years with a PhD/JD; or 9 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge in modeling and simulation environments, preferably JLVC and JTT. Experience with Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE) systems integration. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Cesium, GIS systems). Experience with performance optimization and system evaluation. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices. Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance. Preferred Requirements

Prior work on DoD training or operational support systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both in a team and individually. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail. Self-motivated and driven with minimal direction. Physical Requirements

Office, industrial, or shipboard environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. Lifting and moving materials may be required. About HII Mission Technologies
