Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to support and enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and will serve as a critical partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization and process automation. Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud, providing end-to-end ownership of system functionality, configuration, and support across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, and Payroll. Lead system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective HCM configurations aligned with best practices. Oversee and execute quarterly Oracle Cloud updates—evaluate release notes, perform regression testing, and implement relevant new features. Build and maintain advanced OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support HR analytics, compliance, and business operations. Manage mass data uploads using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and ensure data integrity and validation across HRIS systems. Administer HCM security and workflow configuration, ensuring proper role-based access controls, audit readiness, and policy compliance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to support integrations and resolve complex issues. Act as the primary liaison to Oracle Support for SR resolution and enhancement requests. Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for internal use. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HRIS team members and HR partners on HCM functionality, reporting, and troubleshooting techniques. Identify and drive process automation and continuous improvement opportunities within HR operations through system capabilities. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, administration, and support across multiple modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, etc.). Proven track record leading system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades in an Oracle HCM environment. Deep experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher for complex reporting and data operations. Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Compliance, with the ability to translate needs into technical solutions. Experience managing Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, and change management. Familiarity with HCM security structures, including role-based access controls, user provisioning, and data security policies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot functional and integration-related issues across systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and leadership. Ability to manage competing priorities, lead projects, and drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision. Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred. Experience with integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware tools is a plus.
