Production Manager / Estimator

sales with commission opportunities . Responsibilities
Manage and schedule daily operations for installation and maintenance crews. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards. Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and availability. Support, train, and lead crews to improve efficiency and quality. Communicate with clients to explain estimates, answer questions, and provide updates. Assist in developing proposals and following up on leads to secure new business. Track project progress and address challenges proactively. Qualifications
Experience in landscaping, construction, or project management. Strong estimating skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proven leadership ability and prior team management experience. Excellent communication skills, both with clients and staff. Proficiency with computers (Excel; scheduling/estimating software a plus). Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow into a sales role.
