Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Superintendent
to lead field operations on a major water and wastewater infrastructure project in Dallas. This role requires deep expertise in heavy civil construction, treatment plant upgrades, pump stations, and underground utilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site activities including excavation, concrete work, mechanical installations, and multi-trade coordination. Manage daily operations, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Lead planning and execution of site logistics, sequencing, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues and maintain progress. Ensure quality control and adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements. Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress and issues proactively. Qualifications: Minimum
20 years of experience
in water/wastewater construction, with at least
10 years in a superintendent role . Strong background in
treatment plant construction ,
pump station upgrades , and
underground utility installation . Proven ability to manage large crews and complex site operations. Experience with concrete tank installations, slab replacements, and structural repairs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification and strong commitment to safety. Preferred: Experience with progressive design-build or CMAR delivery methods. Familiarity with municipal and industrial water/wastewater standards. Local/regional project experience in Texas is a plus. Seniority level:
