Job Title: Assistant Professor - Clinical Department: Medicine | Pathology Location: Doan Hall (0089) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 20 Shift: First Shift Clinical faculty (regardless of rank) are non-tenure track, fixed-term positions. They are teacher/practitioners engaged primarily in teaching activities. These faculty normally have earned a doctorate or other terminal degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience. Responsibilities
Participate in bone marrow/lymph node, fluid/coagulation and flow cytometry diagnostic services. Take part in resident and medical student education. Conduct productive basic, clinical and/or translational research. Collaborate with a world-class Hematology/Oncology division. Contribute to the expanding NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center, including bone marrow transplantation and outreach/affiliated hospital activities. Qualifications
Possess an earned doctorate or other terminal degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience. Additional Information
