We are seeking passionate and motivated Group Fitness Instructors with experience teaching Strength, Boot Camp, Zumba, Mat Pilates, and/or HIIT formats in a group setting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness with the ability to inspire and guide members through various Group Fitness formats. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. Duties
Conduct engaging fitness classes in various formats. Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to ensure a safe workout environment. Foster a positive community atmosphere that motivates members to participate regularly. Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Group Fitness Instructor or in a related field is preferred. Familiarity with group fitness dynamics and the ability to lead diverse classes effectively. Current Fitness, CPR/AED certification, or the ability to obtain one prior to hire is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds.
