As a Sales and Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth in the US market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and revenue streams. Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the US market to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and close high-value deals to drive sales. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities. Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation tactics, both online and offline, to identify and nurture potential customers. Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology services and solutions to clients. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties. Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Manage the sales pipeline. Sales Plan: Creating a short- and long-term sales plan to achieve the given objectives. Attend Industry/Services relevant conferences. Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Min 5-8 years of relevant experience, specifically within the IT services or Technology solutions industry. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated sales track record. Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce. Strong time management and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
