We serve general contractors, end users, and facility managers with installation, service, and repair. We are growing fast—and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help lead and scale our sales department.

Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing both new construction and aftermarket sales teams, driving revenue growth, developing talent, and refining our sales processes. This role requires someone who can lead by example, coach a team of sales reps, and build lasting relationships with contractors, facility managers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of New Construction and Aftermarket Sales Representatives

Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics

Refine quoting strategies, pipeline tracking, and CRM usage

Support reps with client meetings, quotes, and closing major deals

Coordinate with estimating, service, and operations teams for seamless project execution

Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities

Report on sales performance to ownership and leadership team

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, building materials, or facility services

2+ years of leadership or sales management experience

Strong understanding of sales pipeline development and CRM tools

Excellent communication, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills

Industry knowledge in overhead doors, dock systems, or construction a plus

Driven, hands-on, and results-oriented

Valid driver’s license and clean record
