Act as the primary contact for the Company’s existing and potential customers. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered services, prospecting for new customers, and expanding service opportunities. Prepare proposals for large contracts, high-profile customers and multi-location accounts, including negotiated retro-fit and new construction projects. Secure a sufficient and expanding sales base to meet the growth needs of the Company. Job Specifications
Team-oriented mindset Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in English (read, write, speak) Practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings Quality customer service Self-starter with the ability to work independently Excellent organizational skills Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to manage multiple projects and identify priorities Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders Positive and professional demeanor Ability to handle change, resolve conflicts, and solve problems with minimal direction Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating program in Excel Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years college experience Seven years of experience in fire protection systems Minimum Level II NICET certification in the desired field (or ability to obtain Level II within the first year), OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Requirements
Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds; work from heights above 10 feet; work in confined areas Lift, crouch, reach, handle, push and pull Drive a vehicle Travel out of town Sit for long periods Use a telephone, computer, and other office equipment Work in extreme temperatures and loud environments Eagle Fire Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
