The Showroom Sales Specialist is an established performer who supports the Sales and Design teams by applying strong knowledge of flooring industry practices to drive sales. This role manages day-to-day showroom activities, provides sales support, assists with events, and delivers administrative support to the Sales teams and local design community. Responsibilities
Maintain and track all showroom events, meetings, industry events, and customer visits. Act as a liaison for customers and Sales teams. Maintain showroom and sample inventory by coordinating orders, managing the sample library, and removing discontinued products. Maintain product displays to align with current product selections and design standards. Support Sales team with product layouts by providing samples for meetings and sales visits. Coordinate meetings and special events in the showroom (e.g., scheduling catering, entertainment, events). Assist with social media for the showroom in line with corporate guidelines. Maintain showroom upkeep through restocking, cleaning, and related duties. Perform other duties as needed. Required Experience and Education
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Competencies
Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High integrity and discretion with sensitive and confidential data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
