Support attorneys through every phase of litigation: case management, drafting and proofreading legal documents, organizing and reviewing large volumes of records Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials; leverage legal technology and case management tools to streamline workflows Assist with propounding and responding to discovery and motions; prepare supporting documents, exhibits, and hearing binders Coordinate trial preparation, including witnesses, travel, trial exhibits, charts, and trial notebooks Review, analyze, and organize document production from opposing parties Independently obtain, review, and organize medical records and billings; calculate damages Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys regarding case status and preparation Qualifications

Paralegal certification Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal Experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury matters Solid understanding of civil litigation deadlines and rules (state and federal) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with legal document management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience in California state and federal court rules is highly encouraged Benefits
