Senior General Liability Attorney

Wilson Elser is currently seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney with experience in general liability, construction, transportation, or insurance defense. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 10+ years of litigation experience to grow in their careers with exposure to a wide variety of prominent national clients and by taking on substantial litigation responsibilities. Working directly with in-house counsel, the attorney in this role will have the exciting opportunity to interact directly with sophisticated clients that we represent, as well as with teams of our own talented, experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions Communicate with clients and provide reports Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Texas 10+ years of defense litigation Experience with general liability, construction, transportation, trucking accidents, or catastrophic industrial accidents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client-facing experience preferred Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Legal project management experience is helpful #LI-NK1 Why Should You Apply?
