Corporate Securities Paralegal – Hybrid (Miami)
We’re looking for a
Corporate Securities Paralegal
to join a fast-paced, global legal team with an NYSE energy and commodities business. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the Miami office. In this position, you’ll be a key contributor to public company governance and compliance. You’ll work closely with attorneys, executives, and cross-functional teams to support securities filings, corporate governance, and subsidiary management. What you’ll do: Prepare and support
SEC filings
(including proxy statements, 8-Ks, and Section 16 reports). Coordinate compliance with
stock exchange listing standards . Manage governance calendars, monitor regulatory trends, and support board materials. Collaborate across departments and with external advisors on high-impact projects. Drive project management initiatives and deliver results under tight deadlines. What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ corporate paralegal experience with a strong background in
SEC filings and public company governance . Exceptional organizational and drafting skills, with keen attention to detail. Confidence working independently while thriving in a collaborative, multicultural team. Experience with platforms like Workiva, Diligent, or Active Disclosure a plus. A proactive, professional mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
