10951 S Parker Road - Parker, Colorado 80134 The Private Client Banker (PCB) is part of the Key Private Client Program and focuses on the entire client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice. The PCB delivers and refers appropriate financial solutions to KeyBank's client base with up to $2M in investable assets. PCBs assess clients' financial needs, gather and document client data, and offer appropriate products and services. They identify products and services to meet client needs and refer to appropriate sales professionals in Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage or Business Banking. Responsibilities

Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and recognizing the impact on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.

Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide effective, customized financial wellness recommendations; deliver on client solutions by referring investment and insurance products.

Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.

Build a client referral pipeline via identification and development of internal and external centers of influence; prospect with a disciplined approach; document calling efforts.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, and a working knowledge of competitive products to support meaningful client conversations.

Open personal and business accounts (e.g., consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).

Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners, focusing on client acquisition and deepening relationships; manage internal and external centers of influence.

Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies, including documentation of client interactions.

Support branch operations and assist with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.

Participate in and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change at any time with or without notice.

Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.

Education Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications

Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).

Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking (required).

Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful (preferred).

Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly (required).

Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (required).

Working knowledge of PCs (Windows, Office) and digital platforms (required).

Licenses and Certifications

FINRA License S6 Upon Hire (required)

FINRA License S63 Upon Hire (required)

FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Upon Hire (required)

Life and Health Insurance Licenses Upon Hire (required)

Physical Demands

Prolonged standing (5-8 hours/day); frequent use of hands; face-to-face and phone client communication; occasional bending and lifting up to 30 lbs; computer and desk tasks.

Driving Requirements

Ability to routinely operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $25.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on location and experience.
