You’ll team up with colleagues and partners to create personalized solutions, help lead client meetings, and stay ahead of client needs. You’ll also get hands-on experience managing account activities, supporting tax filings, and helping with key projects and process improvements. It’s a great opportunity to build your skills and make a real impact. This role will be on-site in Louisville or Cincinnati, in office 4 days per week and 1 day remote per week. This role involves travel that may extend up to five consecutive days. The Impact You’ll Make Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including trusts, estates, IRAs, and investment agent accounts. Provide high-quality estate and trust administration for high-net-worth clients. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver customized solutions. Lead client meetings and proactively address client needs. Oversee account activities, including openings, closings, distributions and asset transfers. Secure and manage real and personal property assets within estates and trusts. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and fiduciary filings. Support key projects and process improvements. Ability to travel for up to five consecutive days is a must. What You’ll Bring To Baird
High School diploma required with a minimum of three years’ experience in trust and estate administration. Post-secondary degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Familiarity with trust documents, wills, codicils, and tax filing requirements for estates and trusts. Proficiency with trust accounting systems (TrustDesk preferred). Proficiency with EstateWorks or similar estate settlement software preferred. Paralegal or JD is a plus. CTFA preferred. Seniorities & Employment
