Primary Office Location: 104 Progress Lane, Yadkinville, North Carolina 27055 Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services. Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporates FNB digital products & services into customer interactions. Uses FNB approved branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants. Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Assists with management of daily sales activity, pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring and measuring sales results. Completes operational duties of the branch as assigned, including scheduling, directing workflow, maintaining supplies, opening/closing the office, and managing vault cash, ensuring adherence to current policies and procedures. Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks according to established policies and procedures. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Serves as a risk manager for the business by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks as required by the company’s risk management program. Qualifications

Education:

High School or GED Experience:

1 year minimum in a related position Skills:

Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; proficiency with personal computer and MS Office (Word – Basic, Excel – Intermediate, PowerPoint – Basic); knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services; sales and customer service. Licenses/Certifications:
