Human Resources Generalist at P4 Security Solutions LLC We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist
to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial operations, timely payroll processing, and efficient management of receivables and payables. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and efficiency. Prior experience with
WinTeam
is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment runs, collections, and reconciliations. Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Reconcile payroll, A/P, and A/R accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to ensure payroll and financial processes are streamlined and efficient. Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions (minimum - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation). Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting. Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency in financial operations. Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, labor laws, and standard accounting practices. Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel (mid-to-advanced level)
with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Experience with
WinTeam
or similar ERP/industry-specific software (preferred). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Why Join Us?
