Overview
Financial Analyst role at Encore Fire Protection. The Financial Analyst will be an individual contributor reporting to the Finance Manager, working closely with the CFO and VP of Finance, with a focus on enhancing financial reporting and analysis in addition to improving processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the largest full-service fire protection company in the Northeast. Responsibilities
Support the preparation of monthly internal/external reporting packages including analysis. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. Perform financial modeling and analysis, including operational/productivity measures. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting activities. Collaborate with different departments to provide financial guidance on projects, investments, and business opportunities. Maintain and improve financial planning and reporting tools. Qualifications
2-5 years of related financial experience including advanced financial planning and analysis. Experience in a PE-backed setting or Transactional Services in a CPA firm (QOE modelling/work) is a plus. Understanding of relationships within a P&L and comprehension of Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools and databases is a plus. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and deadlines. What We Offer
