Responsibilities
Promote and sell legal products to small law firm customers through outbound calls
Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative sales techniques
Achieve and exceed sales and activity goals through effective negotiations
Demonstrate online products during pre-sales calls using web-based tools
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas
Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in business, sales, or a related field
Previous experience in the legal industry or with legal products
