Sales Representative , learning how to connect with homeowners and manage a book of business. Once you’ve proven yourself, you’ll step into our
Sales Leader in Training
program to learn to lead, drive results, and shape the next generation of performers. What You’ll Do Master our proven sales process and represent Advocate Construction. Set and achieve aggressive goals in a results-only workplace. Build your leadership skills through hands-on coaching and real-world experience. Grow from individual contributor to sales leader — with mentorship every step of the way. What You’ll Gain Clear Career Path: Sales Rep → Sales Leader in Training → Sales Manager.
