As the Area Sales Manager for Charlotte, NC, you’ll use your mentoring and coaching skills to lead New Home Sales Agents toward elevated sales performance. This is a critical role toward helping us to achieve our purpose – to enhance people’s quality of life. Your leadership will guide your team to develop trusted relationships with potential buyers, resulting in sales conversions and delighted customers. Through orchestrated sales rallies, training and team-building activities, your team will be motivated and focused on achieving sales goals. What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and closing goals. Plan and lead regular sales team rallies to inspire and train. Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales and closing goals. Help to negotiate (as needed) and approve sales contracts. Continuously improve and periodically gather competitive information. Assist in analyzing data to secure market share and positioning. Collaborate with Marketing team to achieve organizational objectives. Recruit and retain high quality Sales Agents. Maintain updated commission structure for Sales Agents for payroll approval. Act as liaison between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff and other management team members to resolve concerns and questions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Engage with the Construction and Land teams to stay knowledgeable with lot releases, development issues, and construction restraints to properly instruct Sales Agents. Initiate the Start Up and Close Out process for communities under your direction. Lead the sales team to continuously improve the efficiency of our homebuilding process and stay current with all Product Development Changes. Education
College degree preferred. Licenses
North Carolina Real Estate License required North Carolina Brokers License preferred Experience
Two+ years of new home sales management experience Industry training in sales and marketing techniques Computer Skills
