We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. Whether you bring prior lending experience or are brand new to the industry, we provide the training and support needed to build a strong foundation in real estate finance. Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth loan transition from application to closing. You’ll learn the full life cycle of private lending, gain hands-on experience with real estate investment strategies, and help clients grow their portfolios. Key Responsibilities

Consistently follow up on company provided leads from both brokers and direct borrowers and document activity in our CRM. Manage and support a portfolio of active loan files and client relationships. Communicate with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate loan processing. Assist with loan origination, including document collection and follow-ups. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly. Maintain accurate records and track progress in our loan management system. Collaborate with the Sales and Underwriting teams to ensure timely closings. Participate in ongoing training to expand your lending and real estate knowledge. What We Offer

Previous experience in hard money lending or financial services is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting. Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn the business of real estate finance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote candidates will not be considered. Job Details
