The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for minimizing losses and safeguarding company assets across multiple locations within a defined geographic area. This role leads and supports field-based Loss Prevention Managers and Analysts, oversees investigations related to fraud, theft, and policy violations, and ensures compliance with operational security standards through audits and training initiatives. The role requires strong investigative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build productive partnerships with regional and district leadership teams. Responsibilities
Manage, prioritize, and oversee regional investigations into fraud, theft, misconduct, and other potential risk activities. Supervise the daily responsibilities, development, and performance of assigned Loss Prevention Managers and Analysts. Conduct or assist with operational audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify patterns or trends related to internal/external loss or operational inefficiencies. Partner with Operations and Human Resources to deliver training and guidance on loss prevention policies and best practices. Communicate case development updates and sensitive findings with appropriate internal stakeholders. Travel frequently within the region, including overnight stays and weekend work as required by business needs. Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 5 years of multi-unit Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience. Prior experience leading investigations and conducting internal interviews required; completion of over 100 internal interviews using Wicklander-Zulawski or equivalent techniques is preferred. Experience with POS systems, exception reporting, and working knowledge of CCTV and security systems is a plus. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams across locations. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other investigative or reporting platforms. Appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Compensation
