Prospect and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media Qualify leads by understanding their needs and facilitating appointments for Account Managers Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Reading Events Track and manage interactions in the CRM system to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve sales techniques What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, or event management Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
