Overview
Compliance & Risk, Infosys Consulting The Role – What You’ll Do We are hiring at all levels including Consultant/Senior Consultant/Principal - Compliance & Risk. You will be part of a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements such as Risk & Finance digital transformation and regulatory change management. You will take up a range of roles in the areas of process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management. You will analyze problems and come up with solutions, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems, collaborate with client stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients. You will also lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives, and participate in a variety of Firm-building events. Responsibilities
Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver business results across Risk & Finance digital transformation and regulatory change programs. Engage in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, technology strategy, program and change management activities. Analyze problems, develop solutions, and apply consulting frameworks and methodologies. Lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal initiatives. Participate in Firm-building events and contribute to cross-cultural team work. Basic Qualifications
Strong knowledge in Capital Markets and Banking Products Strong knowledge in regulatory requirements/reports – CCAR, ESMA, FCA, EMIR, MIFID, CFTC, SEC Ability to work with Product Owners/CDO team/Business SMEs to understand finance and risk data and regulatory reporting requirements Experience with Database, ETL, SQL querying and analysis, Excel & PowerPoint Experience in data quality, lineage/tracing Experience in delivering consent order related initiatives Experience in functional designing processes and creating the product roadmap Experience in writing business and functional requirements Ability to perform data analysis Experience in Agile delivery model Ability to work independently with all stakeholders and drive deliverables Experience working on change initiatives Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in management consulting or directly at Banks, other Financial Services firms, and Fintechs, in a problem-solving/solution development role in Compliance, Risk and Finance domains Bachelor’s or MBA or equivalent advanced degree Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to conceptualize and drive new solutions/services to market Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize findings Track record of developing products within deadlines and commitments Ability to create C-Level reports The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. About Us
