Job Description & Responsibilities:
Play a key role in providing strategic legal guidance to Blackstone Real Estate and its portfolio companies on a broad range of legal matters.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus on complex, material issues with potential portfolio-wide impact.
Effectively brief up and concisely summarize complex legal issues to Real Estate leadership.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with general counsels and legal teams at portfolio companies.
Manage portfolio company escalation policies, including development and implementation of standards, playbooks and protocols.
Qualifications:
An attorney with 8+ years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house.
Experience navigating sponsor/portfolio company relationships.
Familiarity with real estate company operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $210,000 - $275,000.
