The BSA Analyst II is responsible for the preliminary monitoring of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program designed to ensure that the Bank achieves optimum compliance with applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to all compliance programs and complete all required and assigned training by established due dates. Understand and perform duties consistent with the BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations, participate in required training, and promptly comply with all reporting requirements. Monitor alert transactions through the Bank's transaction monitoring software to identify unusual or suspicious activity and financial crime patterns. Analyze transactional data and alert monitoring to determine irregular activity based on historical client activity and regulatory definitions of suspicious activity. Prepare case narratives and provide initial Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) recommendations and write-ups. Assist with editing and updating BSA Department internal procedures. Review and assist in making risk rating decisions on client accounts and relationships. Attend outside training for BSA and OFAC as needed. Know and comply with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations governing the role. Complete required classroom, computer-based, web-based, and seminar training as assigned. Maintain awareness of the Bank’s Code of Ethics and Conduct and applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the position. Perform other duties as assigned. Salary Range

The salary range budgeted for this position represents the Company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Compensation offered may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Geographic Location(s)

Irvine, CA: $60,100 - $84,200 (Annually) Naples, FL: $57,500 - $80,500 (Annually) Dallas, TX: $54,900 - $76,900 (Annually) Applicants

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 to 7 years of banking experience in a retail, operations, compliance, or BSA setting required Skills

Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels General Mathematics and Accounting knowledge Ability to assess situations and bring about a successful resolution Experience with core banking deposit and new account software Satisfactory computer and spreadsheet skills Physical Demands
