Territory Management : Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and utilizes appropriate business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs. Account Management : Systematically navigates the everchanging healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Selling Skills / Customer Experience : Dialogue Agility; actively listens and adapts to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts throughout the call. Medical Integrity : Demonstrates high learning agility to understand clinical information / disease state, our product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; engages with every member of an office / account. Selling Skills : Promotes the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in a patient centered dialogue with customers; utilizes our selling model prior to and during conversations to help identify appropriate patients. Execution / Results : Achieves sales goals by utilizing all business analytic resources while complying with internal policies and the PhRMA code. Partner Collaboration : Collaborates effectively with field facing and internal peers to create a coordinated and positive customer experience. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree; professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record; must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas). Additional Skills / Preferences : Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after degree; additional work experience or graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD); demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results; account-based selling experience; ability to engage staff in accounts; strong ability to navigate complex integrated health systems; extensive experience or understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model; experience selling injectable/infusion products in a complex reimbursement environment; history of cross-functional collaboration; strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence and influence; must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary. The anticipated wage for this position is $87,000 - $204,600. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus, and Lilly offers a comprehensive benefits program including 401(k), pension, medical/dental/vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, leave benefits, and well-being programs.
