Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a direct sales approach and innovative marketing and promotional tactics. Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects: understand product needs, coordinate internal resources, target high-value and strategic programs. Lead business negotiations with customers and support the full project lifecycle from early engagement to contract review and product delivery. Understand the company’s product line, assess the competitive landscape and demand, provide market feedback and position products for success. Lead quotations at each stage of the project; price products based on value proposition and competitive comparisons. Participate in green energy industry exhibitions and stay informed of the latest industry developments. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, engineering, communications, or other relevant field. North America market sales experience; more than 2 years in EV charging equipment, parts, or services sales; relevant customer contacts preferred. Progressive sales growth of technical products in Automotive, Commercial, or Industrial segments; Fleet, Auto OEM, and Auto Dealership experience preferred. Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business or short-term assignments. Strong critical thinking and data-analysis skills, clear logic, negotiation skills, and proven ability to motivate teams. Experience handling internal and external relations, basic business etiquette, and independently hosting customer visits. Language: English—written and spoken. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is shown below and depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Expected Pay Range: $1 - $2 USD. Equal Opportunity
