What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
5+ years of technical leadership experience managing Salesforce development teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Extensive experience with Salesforce implementation and enterprise system integrations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with AI integration and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities
Mentorship experience with a track record of developing technical talent
Strong background in test automation frameworks and enterprise application integration patterns
Proven experience conducting performance reviews and managing career development conversations
Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
