We are seeking a driven Sr Electrical Commercial Sales Rep to grow our book of business across industrial, utility, and energy markets. This is a hunter role with direct responsibility for new business development, electrical service agreements, and projects. You will manage accounts, build strong client relationships, and deliver solutions that align with customer needs while driving Hillard’s growth. What You’ll Do
Develop and expand a territory of commercial/industrial electrical accounts Prospect and secure new customers in industrial, automation, utility, and energy markets Lead RFPs, proposals, and bids to win new work Build long-term client partnerships and ensure ongoing satisfaction Track sales activity and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) Represent Hillard at trade shows, customer visits, and networking events What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales in electrical, industrial, utility, or MEP markets Strong book of business and track record of hitting revenue goals Ability to sell special projects, communications, and automation solutions Familiarity with low voltage controls work and electrical projects, electrical codes including expansion, upgrades and renovations Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Hunter mentality – self-motivated, relationship-focused, and results-driven What We Offer
