A dedicated cleaner on every shift for high‑touch areas

Chlorine‑disinfected pools

Industry‑supported protocols to minimize airborne virus transmission

Your Role: Front Desk | Sales Representative You’re the first smiling face our members see and the voice they hear on the phone. You’ll be supporting families, managing schedules, and creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones, return messages, and route calls professionally

Conduct sales calls and register new students

Assist customers with purchases (merchandise, snacks, etc.)

Greet and check in students using our attendance system

Schedule birthday/pool parties and oversee party staff

Maintain cleanliness in the front desk, snack shack, restrooms, and observation area

Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism

Prepare daily swim lesson schedules

Make collection calls for overdue accounts

Keep displays and promotional materials up to date

Enforce safety protocols and administer first aid if needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

2+ years in customer service or administrative roles

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software

CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required (or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
