Overview
Working location: Paya Lebar Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Provide personalized support and solutions to address client needs Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure success Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services Create and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize product value Track and report on client performance metrics and outcomes Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs Play a key role in driving client retention and long-term partnerships Qualifications
