Build a book of business through constant proactive prospecting, aiming to meet or exceed annual quota targets through sales to new and existing customers. Leverage research skills, internal contacts, and market data to qualify prospects and develop a calibrated target client list. Utilize strong lead generation capabilities to penetrate client organizations at all levels, including C-suite. Identify different buyer motivations across various client bases to expand potential revenue drivers. Incorporate customer perspectives and relevance of product/service to deliver persuasive client presentations. Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing features/benefits of relevant FIS software and services that meet customer needs. Utilize the FIS CRM system and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, prospecting, and pipeline forecasting. Exhibit strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills to act as a world-class customer advocate. Continually acquire deeper technology and industry knowledge. Deliver product presentations, answer prospect questions, and be knowledgeable about prospect business needs. Leverage product, industry, and business process knowledge to formulate solutions for prospect needs. Maintain a network of contacts and keep product knowledge current. Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and deal forecast. Significant travel is required. What You Need
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Prior complex sales experience with domain knowledge of Asset (Auto) Finance. Prior experience selling large enterprise-wide financial software with complex implementation requirements. Ability to show an established track record of involvement in industry trade groups (preferred). Experience selling automotive finance in the automotive industry (when appropriate). A passion for professional excellence and a drive to improve. Ability to work independently or with internal partners across the organization to deliver objectives. What We Offer You

The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact starting pay.
