As an
Enterprise Account Executive , you will work as part of an account team responsible for driving growth, value, and partnership with our largest strategic customers. We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to focus on new logo prospecting within the Enterprise segment (10-100K employee size). The ideal candidate understands how to prospect effectively into the Enterprise, manage large competitive sales cycles, and partner with internal resources to land new logos.
You will help grow revenue by inspiring prospects with our technology-first approach to background checks. You’ll need to be proactive, motivated, and passionate about our mission. You will partner directly with customer leadership through polished communication and strong executive presence, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate while identifying opportunities for change and business improvement.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business sales within the assigned Enterprise segment.
Build in-depth relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with HR leadership, Program Managers, Engineering, and Product teams to establish and deliver shared product roadmaps.
Prospect into new accounts and hunt for new logos.
Work with internal stakeholders to meet client goals and serve as the voice of the client for visibility and escalations.
Present Checkr’s offerings as they relate to customer needs and coordinate with other Checkr resources as needed.
Demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking, deep diving into accounts and aligning with their strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio to communicate benefits effectively.
Assist clients in communicating the value of Checkr internally.
Develop account plans that align with Checkr’s strategy, identifying decision makers, regional approaches, investment areas, and revenue opportunities.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and understand the buying committee.
Negotiate and close orders, ensuring product delivery and satisfaction post-contract.
Represent market trends and client needs to the Executive and Product teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner cross-functionally to analyze sales funnel data, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
What You Bring
Ability to open new conversations at target accounts.
Experience closing new business with large, global, multinational customers with complex structures.
Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs, and end-users within the same sales cycle.
Proven success selling innovative and disruptive technology.
Track record of exceeding quotas in sales roles.
Ability to penetrate deep into global accounts and develop strategic plans.
Experience selling software or technology to accounts with at least 10K employees, including C-level engagement.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate organizational politics.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
Demonstrable history of quota attainment, account management, and team leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
